A guide to energetic sovereignty, sacred reclamation, and the practices that actually work — for the woman who is done letting the wrong things take up residence in her most sacred space.

Inside the Guide
This is not a wellness checklist. It is not a self-care program dressed in spiritual language. This guide is a full reclamation — of your body, your energy, your voice, and your power. Every section is built for the woman who has survived what she has survived and is done letting it define what she's allowed to have.
Section One
Why choosing to guard your energy isn't rejection — it's the most sovereign act a woman who survived abuse can make. Includes the 4 reasons celibacy supports deep healing and signs your womb is asking for it.
Section Two
Two powerful decrees — the Decree of Divine Authority and the Decree of the Divine Womb. Written to be spoken out loud. Daily. These are not affirmations. They are declarations of war against everything that tried to take you down.
Section Three
A full audit of what leaks your energy and why. From trauma bonds to unclosed soul contracts — name what's been depleting you so you can stop it.
Section Four
Salt baths, coffee scrubs, baking soda soaks — real clearing methods with real instructions. Plus the bath decrees to say while the water does its work.
Section Five
5 practices to rebuild the connection between your womb and your voice — the connection that abuse severed. Low humming, womb chanting, free vocal flow, and the Womb Whisper practice.
Section Six
Two breathwork practices (one that calms, one that activates) and a complete 10-minute womb breath and release ritual you can do anywhere, anytime.
Bonus
Because your womb healing and your financial freedom are not separate. 5 decrees that address both at once — for the woman whose money was controlled along with everything else.
Throughout
Integration prompts that go deeper than journaling-app questions, and affirmations that sound nothing like corporate wellness speak. Written for where you actually are.
This guide is for you if...
You've survived sexual, emotional, or narcissistic abuse that left its mark on your body
You keep attracting the same patterns in relationships and can't break the cycle
You feel disconnected from your intuition, creativity, or your own pleasure
You're neurodivergent and carry womb wounds you've never had language for
You feel energetically drained after intimacy and don't know how to stop it
You're spiritually called to something bigger but your body feels like the obstacle
You've tried therapy and self-help but still feel like something deeper hasn't been touched
You're ready to stop surviving and start living in full sovereignty
From the Guide — Decree of the Divine Womb
I reclaim my womb as holy.
I reclaim my voice as sacred.
I reclaim the blood, the pain, the portal.
They did not steal my power — they revealed it.
They did not silence my roar — they taught me to scream louder.
They did not take my child from me — they awakened the ancestor in her.
No longer will I bow to false gods in white coats or black robes.
No longer will I be made small, silent, or submissive.
I am the altar. I am the temple. I am the thunder before rebirth.

About Your Guide
I didn't write this guide from a certification or a curriculum. I wrote it from inside the experience — the womb wounds, the violated boundaries, the years of not knowing my body was mine to protect.
I'm neurodivergent. I survived childhood abuse, narcissistic relationships, and a family court system that tried to finish the job. I spent years feeling like my body was a battleground that belonged to everyone but me.
This guide is everything I wish someone had handed me when I was in the middle of it. It's not theoretical. It's lived.
If you're ready to reclaim what's yours — I'm glad you're here.
The violations, the silencing, the losses — they didn't break you. They excavated you. And what's left underneath is sovereign, sacred, and ready.
